If you're not 100% satisfied - for any reason - simply contact our customer service department within 30 days from receipt of your product at sales@stairmaster.com for a return authorization number.
Then return your purchase, in its original condition and packaging, and you'll receive a full refund, less shipping and handling. Items must be shipped no later than 2 weeks after your return authorization is given.
Please note the following: • Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be refunded. • Products must be returned in original packaging and in original condition with all accessories included. • Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees. • Your return must be shipped no later than two weeks or 10 days after receiving your Return Authorization Number. • If the machine is sent back for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to and from our factory.
In the event of a request for return due to a manufacturing defect, an authorized representative must first diagnose the machine and determine that a return is necessary. This diagnosis will generally occur within 3-10 business days after initial contact. Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees.
Refused shipments without prior authorization from StairMaster are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Delivery is only available within the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
