Benefits of Climbing

I have worked in the fitness industry as a coach, trainer and instructor for over 25 years. During that time, I have recommended a variety of pieces of training equipment to my clients and athletes. Of course, there are many great products for getting fitter, getting healthier and improving your functional movement ability. However, there is only product made by one company that has topped my list for all of those 25 years in the business – the Stairmaster.
